This is a CNC milling machine. If you can draw it this machine can make it. I have used it to make all the motor plates on my racebike and have many other parts that are needed when you are building a one of a kind project. It has the ablitiy to make simple parts or it can make some complex parts that have many corners and radiuses. I use it on my cylinder heads to create the dimension of the ports that I work on. It also does all of the seat and valve work on the heads I do. It can also be used to install valve seats. It has an unlimited ability to make parts of all sizes and dimensions.

. In this view you can see my assembly bench and my CNC milling machine. Most of the bowl and seat area is done on this machine to insure consistency from head to head. The stainless steel tops on the benches make for keeping the area clean so there is no foreign matter (dirt) into the parts as they are being assembled. You may have also noticed that the walls and ceiling have been done with white bathroom paneling. This surface makes there seem like there is more light in the room with it's excellent reflective qualities which also helps to keep everything clean and well lighted.

MOTOR REBUILDS Parts & Labor $1995.00
Motors will be disassembled and all parts will be cleaned and inspected. Any unusual findings will be reported to the customer before work begins.
The job will include the following NEW parts:
4 Valves (2 intake, 2 exhaust)
4 Valve guides and seals
2 Pistons, wrist pins, & Hastings Rings
1 Complete Valve Spring Package
New Timken bearings for Pinion & Cam
Complete set of Connecting Rod bearings
Complete James Gaskets Motor Kit
The labor will include:
Valve guides installed and honed to size
A multi-angle valve job and valve springs clearanced
New piston kit bored and honed to size
Your connecting rods will be resized with new bearings and
wrist pin bushings honed to size.
The cases will receive new Timken, pinion, and cam bearings.
The motor will be assembled with James gaskets and all notes and dimensions will be recorded for the customer.
MOTORS WILL RECEIVE A 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON PARTS AND LABOR
There are plenty of options available to enhance your motor's performance or looks while it's apart. We offer a variety of additional services such as head porting,providing more compression,installing better cam or ignition system, etc. We also provide chrome plating,powder coating and new chrome hardware upon request. So this is the time to ask your questions.

Here is one of my favorite tools. The SuperFlow 110 flowbench with computerized FlowCom. This is where performance begins, with how much the heads can or do flow. As we all know you can have a big cam, a big carb and the best exhaust sytem out there, but if the heads do not flow then you will never realize the potential of the parts you have installed. This flowbench also has the attachments that will allow me to measure air speed (velocity) not only on the intake but on the exhaust. You can flow big air numbers, however if the air speed is low then you will not see the potential of your parts. There is a lot of planning that goes into a set of cylinder heads and it starts right here.
